Four Seasons Cottage
This property is located on River Road in Grand Bend, ON. It is approximately a 4 minute walk to the beach, and a 1 minute walk to the top of the Main Strip. It is both central and private.
We have lived in Grand Bend for over 17 years and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the area.

***Rental Rates are based on 4 adults. Additional guests considered. Children under 15 free. Check in 4pm, Check out 11am. Refundable security deposit required $500. Guest must be over 35 or accompanied by parents.

What you will need to bring...
* Towels, Bed Linens and Pillow Cases
* We have provided most necessities, simply replace what you use. eg. paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee filters etc.
*Firewood is not included but there are many local places to purchase.

Discounts may be available for booking multiple weeks or return families.
Vacation TRADES considered.
Although we have never had a problem with excessive noise, damage or theft, it does happen to some cottages. Therefore, our rental process is simply in place to confirm the responsibility of our renters. We require a damage/cleaning deposit, 100% refundable when the cottage is left is the same condition as found. (Only basic cleaning is required, a maintenance company maintains deep cleaning upon check-out). Lawn & Garden maintenance is scheduled weekly after checkout.
*We strictly ONLY rent to families and mature adults 35+. We require an application/rental agreement returned with deposit. You will be sent an invoice and confirmation by mail. ALL overnight guests must be registered on the Agreement.
Sorry but we DO NOT rent to students or young adults, and reserve the right to deny entry at the time of check-in (or later) if we feel the group does not represent the guest information as stated on the Application.
